| Ingredients: |
1/4 cup sliced almonds 1 medium onion, sliced 1/4 cup margarine 1/2 cup flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 lb. trout fillets 2 oranges, pared, sectioned |

| Cooking Instructions: |

Cook and stir almonds, onions and margarine in skillet until onions are tender. Remove with slotted spoon; keep warm. Mix flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Coat fish with flour mixture. Cook fish in same skillet over medium heat, turning carefully until brown, about 10 minutes. Top with almonds and onion; garnish with orange sections. |
